It was my first experience and my last. Ive heard great things about this place its just hype they cant cut hair lmao. I came the other day to get a very simple haircut trim the ends and face framing pieces when I went home and showed my family my haircut they told me how uneven my ends were and how choppy the bottom of my hair was I had to go to another hairdresser to get my hair fixed. The face framing pieces we're just two strands of hair completely uneven. Weren't even face framing pieces. lol

Worst haircut of my life. Asked for a 2 inch trim to the length and layers, along with a photo of my preferred cut - to avoid any confusion…… Instead, 7 inches cut off my length, completely uneven, choppy, and the worst - it’s thinned out. My family and friends mortified by how ugly this haircut is; my hair is destroyed. It looks uglier with every passing day. Owner offered I return to have it fixed by the same hairdresser. However, I am not clear how this hairdresser can return my length & the density of my hair. Devastated... read more
