Zero professionalism and a horrible experience. My sister came here to get her hair coloured and they completely burnt her hair. When we tried to reach out afterward, they ignored our calls and kept saying the owner would contact us, but he never did. Every single time we called, they just repeated that he was “busy right now.” There was no apology, no follow-up, and no effort to fix the damage they caused. Worst experience ever… this was my first and last time to aujla hair salon. It js just a name, nothing else. Manraj is overcharging. I paid $160 for small length hair layers … and he didn’t even did proper layers. He just trimmed my old haircut. I asked for the bangs and they were not even done properly. No suggestions on haircut that could suit on my face. Website doesn’t show the price at all.
