Very disappointing experience. My friend and I both got haircuts, and she was charged double than me. The pricing was not clearly explained beforehand, which was frustrating why the difference for both of us same cut and hair length. I would have appreciated being informed about the charges before the service was done even we asked on call theydid not told us clearly for both of will different i do not no why. Overall, not a good experience.
Very disappointed with the pricing. My friend and I booked our appointments online and simply selected whoever was available first. We were not informed about any difference in pricing based on the stylist’s experience or seniority. We received the same haircut, but I was charged almost double what my friend paid. If different stylists have different prices, customers should be clearly informed when booking or before the service starts.
