I've lived in an Augustus-owned property for the last 1.5 years, and I've really come to love my apartment. The management group is kind, responsive, and wonderful to work with. I absolutely recommend renting with them! Update: I just moved to a different apartment with my new husband and had an amazing experience working with Alyssa re: my departure. I would absolutely rent from Augustus Property Management again.
I rented from Augustus Homes for one year in Royal Oak and had a good experience. Alyssa B. is an excellent communicator and she was very caring when it came to any issues that popped up. For example, when I asked for the windows to be unsealed, two maintenance employees took care of it promptly. The only thing that was a little bit of bummer was that it seemed the carpets weren’t cleaned before I moved in (filled a new Shark vacuum to the brim first day I was there) but other than that, I had a solidly good experience.
I've been renting from Augustus Properties for close to 5 years now. I always get responses from Alyssa and Grant whenever I message them. Never had any issues with maintenance requests they are always handled in a timely manner.
We had a wonderful experience renting a home through this company. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly professional, helpful, and responsive.
