I had a very brief and unprofessional interaction with Alyssa regarding their listing on Rosewood Street. Before even allowing a tour, she insisted on collecting a lot of personal information. When I mentioned that our ideal move-in date was about a month out, she dismissed us entirely and seemed to take our tour request as a personal offense. they’re unwilling to show the property unless your move-in timeline aligns perfectly with theirs—definitely not a flexible or welcoming approach.

This place is terrible. There is NO WAY of getting in contact with them. Every number you call is either an answering machine or a call center. No urgency on maintenance requests. Since I’ve lived here (September ‘23) the hot water tank has gone bad (resulting in high water bills that I paid), multiple issues with the thermostat & furnace (during winter), and both the bathroom & kitchen sinks leak. Save yourself the hassle and rent elsewhere.

Like other reviews here, I was approved for a house, signed the lease, then was told the next day they changed their mind and I was denied. When I signed the lease I was traveling, so I asked the agent if I could pay the deposit the next day when I had access to a computer. The agent told me that was fine as long as it got paid. The next day while I was traveling home, a different agent told me I was denied and they put the house back on the market AFTER I had already been approved and signed the lease.
