I've worked with Augustus for my first home purchase and naively again with him for a refinance not knowing the there there were alternative more ethical lenders that could assist me better. I could not recommend him less. He sells loans on empty promises... he agreed on a chain of sequential loan product to convince me to start project and that it was feasible.
