The gate never worked well because they made it too big. Now the latch fell off and they will not answer any of our phone calls. We called and left messages five times so far. These can not be all of the reviews. He does not even care about his past customers. Terrible customer service. I had to run into him at Home Depot to get him back to fix the problems with my fence.
