Augie installed a new refrigerator at the unit we're renting in Palm Desert Resort. He was professional, engaging and efficient. It was a busy day for him and he was contracted to do the work by the management company. He went out of his way to fit the task into his schedule giving up time that would have been spent with his family.
Augustine was called into our rental condo unit in Palm Desert to repair a leaking toilet. He correctly identified the issue (failed fill float valve shut off that didn’t shut off!), picked up the part, and replaced it! All very politely, professional and efficiently.
