I’ve been seeing Sheila about a year ago and she has truly changed my life. After my first appointment with her, I realized JUST how poor my previous psychiatrists care was. I learned more in my first session with her than I did in the two years I was with my previous psychiatrist. She is warm and welcoming and it was so easy to open up to her. Sheila is really good. I like that she's extremely personable and down to earth. Within only a few sessions she really understood me and was providing advice that really helped me. I really like her sense of humor too!
