I had the pleasure of working as a professor in the Biology Department for 43 years. The Augustana students are amazing people, both in and out of the classroom. Each year I increased my expectations of those who took my classes, and each year Augie students met and exceeded those expectations. The interaction between the student and the faculty advisor, the ability to experiment on student projects and the friendliness of the student body.
This is a beautiful campus. My son is a freshman this year. He seems to be really happy. Which makes this mama happy. The faculty were so nice and seemed to care very much for our children. Which once again makes this mama happy 😃
Wonderful academic programs. The music depart is outstanding. So grateful my son had the opportunity to attend and graduate from Augie.
