Doctors dont actually listen properly what you want.
I used to come here and they had great staff however i recently called to get an appointment for my husband and I was told they are not taking new patients. I understand if you're not taking new patients but correct your attitude, miss know it all. I thought this was a place where we wouldn't have to face racism but here we go! Good luck to our favourite doctor with these kind of staff 💔

I called last week asking for a female doctor and was told there were no appointments until the following week, but then was advised to come in on Friday. When I called back to confirm, I was told the doctor isn’t taking new patients. Overall, the information I received was a bit confusing. Clearer communication would really help.
I wouldn't give no stars by right this got to be worst surgery going in Port Augusta you fill out forms sign them then get told to take a seat next thing you know the doctor calls you get into doctor office explain what is going on even show him what's wrong only to be told that he's just a emergency doctor he can't treat you and that he can't prescribe medication I found it very strange and stressful the doctor goes by name of Dr Grewal it seems to be a scam in other words for each patient that he sees he gets paid a lot by... read more
