I have been a resident of Port Augusta for the past two months and chose this practice hoping that I could continue with my medical issues, after trying for 2 months to get my previous record moved up to this practice nothing has still been done I have been through all three doctors and I must say I have never been to a medical practice so rude and organized and disrespectful in my life the owner of the practice who is a practicing doctor there was the rudest doctor I've ever come across he even received a private phone call... read more
Thankyou Dr Grewal for your emergency treatment of my husband on Sunday. Dr Grewal opened the surgery for us and was very thorough and professional. There are not many such good doctors that would see you on a Sunday - most would refer you to the hospital. Dr Grewal at Augusta Westside Medical is highly recommended. Nice to have an open pharmacy next door too.

The most unprofessional clinic I've ever been to. Went in to sort out a tetanus shot as I hadn't had one for 10 years or more. Got 49302 questions thrown back at me. The doctor appeared to be highly erratic and possibly under the influence of something. Have had a number of other bad experiences here but too many to list. It's a shame it's the easiest clinic in town to get into.. but I assume there's a reason for that.
