Excellent staff and a great experience
Never met doctor that put in my porta cath for cancer treatment. Would not recommend.
Staff is insensitive and rude and will talk in circles instead of answering basic questions. I had a referral for imaging based on my doctors determination that I needed it. Staff told me I have to be seen there for a consult before getting the imaging scheduled, and when I asked why I needed another consult, even though I just had one with my doctor, and it came with a referral to them, they just said “it’s their policy” with no further explanation. Always behind & overbooked (14 patients, 2 doctors & 3 operating rooms); wait times in the waiting room, on Thursdays are anywhere from 1-2 hours & once you’re in the back it’s 1-2 hours.. the actual procedure 10 minutes
