Never met doctor that put in my porta cath for cancer treatment. Would not recommend.
Staff is insensitive and rude and will talk in circles instead of answering basic questions. I had a referral for imaging based on my doctors determination that I needed it. Staff told me I have to be seen there for a consult before getting the imaging scheduled, and when I asked why I needed another consult, even though I just had one with my doctor, and it came with a referral to them, they just said “it’s their policy” with no further explanation. Always behind & overbooked (14 patients, 2 doctors & 3 operating rooms); wait times in the waiting room, on Thursdays are anywhere from 1-2 hours & once you’re in the back it’s 1-2 hours.. the actual procedure 10 minutes
The worst place to go!! My appointment started 1 hour later than it should have. When I arrived, they had not made my chart yet, appointment was scheduled on 6/27 for appointment on 7/17. They took my picture id and insurance card, asked a couple of questions and done. Only, they had more than enough time to order the DVT, CT and MRI from the hospital and my PCP office.
