1. Very impressed with the attentiveness and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff during my prep for outpatient surgery. 2. The two hour prep time could be shortened by an hour due to the pre-op process. I laid in be for over an hour waiting for the scheduled procedure. 3. Trying to schedule a post-op appointment was a challenge which is probably due to the fact the Automated Voice Response System (AVRS) apparently can't handle the call volume. I must have 10 or 12 doctors. Dr. Quarles is my favorite. Not only for his personality but for his professionalism. The only negative thing I can think of is the 1 and 1/2 hour drive there and back.
