It is not possible for me to describe how unprofessional and "ghetto" the front office is for this AU clinic based on my own personal experience. It is absolutely shocking that highly educated doctors would allow this type of ignorance and incompetence to exist in their own clinic and represent their practice. Went once and will never return nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Shockingly bad.
I was referred to the AUA last year for prostate cancer issues. After two PET SCANS and follow-up visits with my urologist, I am still no closer to a treatment plan. During my appt in October, we mutually agreed to proceed with a treatment plan after the results of my second. But, after the second scan, my doctor had forgotten what we had previously agreed to.
