Very rude and unprofessional front desk staff.
ABSOLUTELY EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. EVERY TIME IVE HAD ANY ENCOUNTER THEY'RE SO RUDE. I'VE TRIED TO TALK TO THE OFFICE MANAGER AND THEY WONT LET ME. WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE? WHEN PEOPLE ARE FEELING WELL OR DEALIMG WITH MEDICAL ISSUES. DO YOU THINK WE ENJOY BEING TREATED SO RUDE? I HAVE HAD 3 HORRIBLE ENCOUNTERS WITH THE SECRETARY STAFF. SO MY INSURANCE REFERRED ME TO AN OFFICE WHO IS WILLING TO WORK WITH OUR MILITARY. IF YOURE MILITARY ID HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU GO ELSEWHERE.
