There is a medical angel that works at this facility by the name of Mrs. Rhonda, I’ve ran into many issues getting my prescription refills to prevent seizures and making sure the refills stay active. This is not only the first or second time but the third time Mrs. Rhonda has went above and beyond to assist me in getting my medication. Today I called four to seven times since 8 A.M. and heard nothing back regarding my prescription. Two stars for the friendliness of the staff. But the long wait time is absolutely ridiculous! We’ve been waiting 2 hrs and haven’t been seen yet!
