ER waiting room is SO dirty. They should have a separate waiting room for visitors who are waiting to go back with someone brought by ambulance. Blankets and trash everywhere. Who knows what this is on the ground.
If it's an EMERGENCY.. go somewhere else. You'll die came in at 2:30am and left at 6 never was seen went to a different emerging room.
Took wife there for shortness of breath and coughing fever fatigue and they did x ray told us we could go home it was just a virus that the x ray was clear well yesterday she got her message new test results in my chart and in the X-ray report it indicates pneumonia well she tried calling er to get some clarification on what was going on and nurse said she would call her back this morning and still has yet to ! The ER doesn't deserve a star, they suck, I waited 6 an half hours an never been seen be a Dr, I went to registration desk an asked how much longer a couple more hours to wait, I will not be paying them any money an I called my insurance an told them not to pay them, it won't go on my credit cause medical doesn't go on your credit anymore, very crappy service I wouldn't take my dog there, none of these hospitals here in Augusta, ga care if you die on them, they just want the money, that's how they are now, I had them take th... read more
