I went to the office last Tuesday and the Dr said I have a inner and outer ear infection. I got a antibiotic ear drops and ib profern went back this Tuesday sae another dr she said ear looks fine just a little red to con what I am doing needless to say still in alot if pain Now tonight 2 days later crying in pain at 1am . RecommendedI had my first appointment with them on 10/27 and from the very beginning it was a great experience. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and made the check in process quick and easy. The nurse that took my vitals and took my information was very friendly and professional. Finally Dr. Smith is a perfect example of what a family medicine doctor should be. Dismiss Dr. Megan Cahill before she kills someone.
I think that when you have a 85 year old patient who calls continually for a prescription to be called in and you don't return the phone calls, that's not Family friendly or patient friendly.
I’m very glad to be here. Dr Smith is very capable and willing to help me with all of my health issues.
