The technician who was "checking" my eyes could not operate the machinery correctly and had to keep apologizing, and then finally went and got another tech to do her job and get my prescription right. If the tech is not trained properly then they should not be working!
My 8am appointment began with a timely arrival, after which we underwent a workup. My father then received eye dilation treatment. However, we experienced an excessive wait of 2 hours and 15 minutes, during which time we did not see the doctor. My father's dementia makes prolonged waiting periods particularly arduous. We eventually departed without consulting the doctor and were compelled to reschedule for six months later. Front desk person doesn't appear to have a good attitude seemed kind of rude..
I'm here now and once again I've waited more than 55 minutes to be seen by a nurse and that's before I get in to see the do tor. Please do better Augusta University Eye clinic. Yes I'm still waiting.
They are very nice and fine and definitely friendly . Lastly, they have a great service at Augusta University Eye Care Center 10/10 experience.
