I didn't actually go to this place, but called the store and got their answering machine. I didn't leave a message, but did get a text message from them anyways asking me if they could still help me. We exchanged information and even tho I did not use their service, they were able to answer the questions I would have asked in the phone. I thought the text process was a good customer service thing to do.
They got my ps5 hdmi port fixed in a hour
My phone slipped in paint! They revived it and it is now working wonderfully!
My wife took her Microsoft surface in for repair. they were very friendly and professional and kept her informed of the progress along the way. Great computer repair store. Highly recommend!
