Augusta Tile Crafters is truly horrible. We hired them to tile our kitchen floor and it was a nightmare. Where do I even start. The salesman told us that the project should take 4 to 5 days to complete. Due to several mistakes made by ATC the project took over two months to complete. First, during the demo, one of the subcontractors (yes they subcontract) got a metal shard in his eye because he was not wearing protection. That set us back a week.
