I was looking for a clean and quiet place to reside, and Augusta Springs answered my prayers. I love my little cozy spot and my rent fits my budget, so I don't have to stress. Thanks Ms. Annette and Ashley 🤗🤗🤗

Don’t do it, they raise rent every 6 months. Biggest scam in Augusta, Georgia.
They are predatory! Do Not move here unless it is your only choice! They raise your rent every six months with no notice this last one was by $100! Senior citizens are most likely on a fixed income and $100 is huge when you don’t have any money to spare as it is. The maintenance is horrible as well. None of the light switches work for any outlets within the room. There are too many things to list I do not recommend this place.
