I have had injections in the past but never had injections based on xray guidance. These injections has completely eliminated the pain in my left knee at this time. The staff are friendly and always receive me on time or earlier. I would recommend them if you need pain relief.
Dr Singh is a caring and knowledgeable Doctor. He listened to my pain issues, diagnosed and treated areas of my injuries. I would highly recommend his practice. Also a special shout out for the staff. Betty (who should get a raise) runs the front desk and helps out with vitals when needed. A great group of professionals!!

Dr Singh of Augusta Spine and Pain Specialist has been treating me for chronic lower Back. Pain with left side sciatica, unspecified back pain for the last 6 months. My treatment included 6 spinal diagnostic injections, and 4 lidocaine hydroch injections. My pain level has declined 80 percent since his treatment.
