During Hurricane Helene, unfortunately, thousands of people in the community suffered power outages. I rented from Augusta Special Events Tent and Party Rentals and was unable to pick-up the items I purchased. I paid for the rental in full. When I inquired about a refund, I was told that the full amount, not deposit, was forfeited.
