I had my dog Charlie in for his yearly checkup. Wound up being there for 3 hours!!! Saw the male vet for a total of 15 minutes!!!! The rest of the time was spent with the vet tech. Which every time I had a question, she had to go and ask him, returning 15 minutes later. If I pay for a vet service, I expect to see a vet and not be at a clinic for 3 hours. seriously disappointed! make an appointment, shuffle schedules and life around to get there only to be told, there is no appointment but you can hang around and we can squeeze you in... I don't have all day, my dog is very stressed. I made an appointment! We have been coming here for 4 years... time for a different vet that keeps appointments...
From the second I opened their front door until the time our pup was stable and able to come home, they were nothing less than AMAZING. They were helpful, kept me informed & we kind & comforting. They were just as excited when our girl perked up & showed improvement.
I started bring my dogs here 5 months ago. From the front desk, the tech's and the Vet's all have been so nice. My 13 year old dog has had several health problems and has been in many times. They're so good and caring with him. Everyone has been patient with answering all my questions.Their prices have been average or cheaper than where I took them before. I am glad I chose them when I had to switch Vet's.
After going here for normal annual checkups for 8 years I am so disappointed in the care my sick dog received. Drs misdiagnosed And showed no emotion AT ALL. Seemed like they only wanted money to do more testing. Do not take your dog here if it’s not for a well visit. Very sad level of care and concern!!!!
We had to put down our sweet girl today and they made it as comfortable as possible for her, thank you for being so kind on one of the hardest days of my life. KiLala was well cared for by you.

We have personally had 3 animals cared for at this clinic. One had many challenges related to chronic ear infections that she came with when we adopted her. The staff made it their mission to find a way to reverse this! They did find a way, and the Dottie protocol was born. They have also been with us when a last good bye was necessary. Their compassion knew no bounds! Today a family member had to say good bye, and the staff, again, was so warm, caring and compassionate!
