Very disappointed with the way this business operates. When my Medicare supply was denied I called Medicare and was told that this business had to handle the appeal. I spoke to ******* in the AOPI office and she said the had too many denials and didn't have time to follow up and appeal for their customers

We can not change Medicare's approval process for the particular medical supplies you needed and we are equally aware of how much of a headache it can be.
