My appt was awful. I was seen by a PA who only answered one of my questions. He abruptly left the room, the MA appeared with an appt card and I said that I had a few questions and is it normal for the provider to get up and leave during an appt? I call BS!! The icing on the cake was the short woman with ADHD who barreled thru the door while I was on the other side and never looked in the side window and I got hit with the door--apology? NOPE!! What a waste. If you advertise a service like walk in Ortho 5 days a week, you should actually offer it. No provider was available today, and apparently there is none until Friday. This is the crappy state of healthcare in central Maine.
I would have been a new client - but never had the appointment because it was cancelled and they never called to let me know! According to many other reviews this seems to be normal for this office. Absolute bullsh¡t
I wouldn't count on keeping an appointment with them. This is terrible. I have been rescheduled and pushed out repeatedly! 6 months ago I was told to come back in 2 weeks, and since then all they have done is push my appointment out further and further. It's now been almost 6 months since I was told see you in 2 weeks. Their has to be some other orthopedic practice around here that is better than this!
