My review is specifically about the Infusion staff. David, RN, did a phenomenal job of providing the necessary information. Be stopped after every couple of sentences to let us ask questions. I never felt inundated with data or unheard. Thank you. Danielle, was tasked with working with me for my first, ever, infusion. She must have asked how I was over 3 dozen times during my stay. I'm a new patient, and was calling to reschedule an appt. two days early. The young lady that answer the phone was extremely rude. I simply asked to confirm that my upcoming appt. was canceled, and she remarked with a snide comment "it's on the 19th and you want to reschedule, then it's canceled.' Just rude for absolutely no reason. I simply wanted to make sure I wouldn't be charged a no-show if that exists with this clinic. Great staff, very compassionate and understanding. My chemo oncologist, Dr. Jeremy Wells is the best ever. Thank you AO for giving me great service and understanding the three months I was there for my chemo Lavoria.
I have always had a wonderful experience with everyone at AO. Dr. Jeremy Wells is my doctor and his staff is amazing. He treated me for Hodgkins Lymphoma and I always felt that he cared and wanted me to understand everything that he was doing during my treatment. His Physician Assistant’s and nurses were always helpful and if I had a question, they were great about calling me back in a timely manner. I highly recommend Dr Wells and his staff.
