My care by the staff was excellent, but I am quite disappointed by the lack of communication that kept me in the waiting room, rather than quickly getting to the imaging department! I have vision problems and do NOT use this email to depend on messages. I would appreciate phone messages. MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR AN APPOINTMENT WITH MY DOCTOR/ I had no knowledge of getting a 2 hour delay before the imaging could be completed! (The staff there was wonderful to me.) I have been treated me for Follicular Lymphoma twice in the past two years. I cannot say enough great things about everybody who works at this establishment. Dr. Wells is a true professional who truly cares about his patients and wants the best for them. He has a way of explaining things that always make me feel so much better about my condition.
