Had a minor issue and they communicated exceptionally well and resolved things perfectly. Lawn, hedges, and palm fronds are fully tamed and look fantastic. The automated system can be a little odd at times with scheduling notifications, but the actual folks are great to deal with and ensure you're taken care of.
Cuts my neighbors grass, blows debris into my yard and all over my cars and drive way. Dented one of my cars and when I call to inform them of the discrepancies I get no response and the people who your able to talk to say they can only pass the information along. I still haven't gotten an answer on who will take care of the damages to my property. Very unprofessional and keeps letting the same things happen. I suffer because they are not very good at their job.
