Augusta Lawn Services is helping my parents with their lawn services. Their customer service has been friendly, professional and exceptional. They have been understanding of the needs of what I needed for them to do for my parents and they set up services quickly. The fact that this location in Panama City is also veteran owned is also important as my father also served in the military. The crew did exceptional work, made sure to lock the gate back up and were respectful of my parents neighbors. Thank you so much!

I had used Augusta Lawncare going on my second season. The first season we had a few minor issues that were taken care of quickly. The second season started off, Not so smoothly. I would sent an email to the local office with my concerns and it would be addressed. With my final cut with Augusta Lawn Service, I had a large issue. I have an in ground pool, and I know it’s difficult to stop all of the grass from going in. However, with the last service, my pool was absolutely full of grass, sand and dirt. The crew members were professional and courteous. They experienced some mechanical problems but worked through it to complete the work for customer satisfaction.
