Initially first visit was fine smooth sailing. My lawn day was Wednesday. They skipped their first scheduled day and came the following week. The grass was cut but they didn't weed eat. When I finally after 6 weeks sent a message with pics and even their email. All I got was lip service. We don't do gravel driveways tears up the weed eater. They don't do the front of the house where the window wells etc to crawl space. They don't do the space of grass between the garage and patio rocks damage the weed eating string. We had a TOUGH job to get done---our backyard was a mess, and the Augusta team worked quickly and efficiently to get it done. It. Looks. AMAZING. I asked so much of them, and they delivered without skipping a beat. The garden beds were a wreck, everything was overgrown, and our fence was covered in vines.
