Terrible service. Booked an appointment and waited for over an hour. Nobody showed up, then the next day they cancelled completely on me with no flexibility or effort to make it right. Extremely unprofessional!

They were great for lawn mowing so I hired them for snow plowing. Unfortunately they were really bad and over billed. I told them that I wanted my mailbox and driveway cleared, they came 3 times and did not clear the mailbox. The 3 times cost me a total $ 585 dollars. The first time was 5 inches of fluff of which I was going to shovel like I did for previous storms by time they arrived. The second time under 7 inches of fluff and they plowed the driveway in one swipe as my drive way is narrow and length of around 2.5 cars. T... read more

This was the first year our church used Augusta for snow removal. As the snow approached, we were apprehensive about how well the sidewalks and entryways to our 3 buildings would be cleared. Previously, parishioners who take pride in that task were ready to inspect the outcome and agreed that the job was excellent. I would be happy to recommend Augusta to anyone.

First time in 51 years that I could not mow my lawn due to health reasons. Augusta did a fantastic job and very timely. The price was very reasonable, especially for a retired person.
