Wish I knew what their services would’ve been like. We met 2 months ago. I had to provide prior service with a 60 day notice. I accepted Augusta’s estimate and we agreed on a start date (first week of August). I rec’d confirmation via email on 8/3 that services would absolutely begin that week. They never came. They didn’t respond to my emails, text messages nor voicemails. Extremely disappointing. Luckily I saw another service truck in the neighborhood with amazing reviews. You def get what you pay for.
Casey was amazing! I called him at the last minute to mow my front and back yards because my usual lawn service wasn't available. Even though I'm outside his normal Wednesday service area, Casey went out of his way to fit me in at the end of what I'm sure was already a long, hot day. He did an outstanding job, and my yard looks absolutely amazing! His professionalism, willingness to help, and quick turnaround really exceeded my expectations.
