I Called to set up weekly service and called the next week interested to find out why they haven't come by for first service only to find out they were too busy and couldn't get to me. Customer service didn't even try to make it right. Just offered to cancel service. Horrible experience.

One month after contracting for service they increased my fee. Additionally, I was out of town the week they were supposed to move and when I returned the following week, it appeared they had no mowed and two other gardeners said the same thing.

For a business looking good to take care of lawns, they sure don't know how to hire or return emails. All these landscape companies looking to hire ppl but all they want is pros and not willing to teach or train new ppl.... pathetic

Starting lawn service and scheduling was seamless and convenient- no phone calls and everything was done online. The guys were out on my lawn early this morning getting work done. Looking forward to using this service for the long haul! :)
