So bitterly disappointed with the service and absolute lack of concern or care. This was my first year using the lawn mowing service and what an utter disappointment! I first used them to clean my yard and fix up my patio and was pleased with the job, so booked them to fix up another area in my yard. Job done was fine. Operators drove over two posts with red reflector that I had installed to facilitate parking and defining the edge of the drive way. I was getting the "Hi, our Snow Tractor will be at 23 Priam Way shortly..." SMS, 2 hours before they showed up. That doesn't qualify as shortly in my book. Otherwise they were pretty good at following the city plows after a storm.

I have been using Augusta snow plowing service for the last two winters. The service has been reliable and they always cleaned my drive way on time. I also like their communication - sending email to inform us what is the snow cleaning plan every time we have a snow fall. Good job!
