I don’t like to post negative comments but this company has a communication problem. The workers did a good job but I had a question about the pruning of several trees. In writing it said that I would get a call before completion of the project, I did not receive a call. I called just before 5 to see if the work had been done. I was told yes and photos were sent. This company is always ready to react to any problems or needs. The workers readily adjust to your requirements and the office staff makes it all happen seamlessly. Recently I called them at 4 pm with a problem needing rapid attention and they were out first thing the following morning resolving it. Their work is meticulous with no details missed. Always excellent cleanup following all their work!
