Great communication and a great service. Top notch professionalism!
Augusta Issaquah doesn't know the schedule of the crew coming in to do the lawn service, which causes 48-72 hr delay compared to the original service date. Also Augusta doesn't feel accountable for a service delays and doesn't have a way to prioritize customers who really need service sooner in certain cases. Overall not an ideal customer experience, could be improved.
Augusta Lawn Services did a great job on ivy removal over a large area. This took very hard work and focus to complete and the crew did it well. They will be our go to landscaping team for future projects and will be recommended to all of our friends and family.
