My neighbor gets her lawn mowed by them and I have called them several times to stop blowing the lawn clippings on my side of my property and it even gets on my house then I have to be the one to go clean it up I don’t appreciate it it’s not my responsibility to clean up there mess and can we have a little bit of respect for people and their properties? And when I called several times they got an attitude with me and my husband and even approach them when they were doing the neighbors yard and gave us complete attitude

Horrible customer service. Tried to have them service our rental as we don’t live in the same town. We were told after signing up they couldn’t provide before and after pictures, even though this was advertised and was previously stated to us as possible. They cancelled our service without us giving them authority to do so, and without sending any form of cancellation notification - they just stopped showing up. Jay always comes on the scheduled day and is very professional. He is very helpful and reassured me about how my lawn looks and gave me advice as far as what I can do to make my lawn look better.
