The guys at Augusta did such a great job! I contacted them for an estimate to have a property clean up and that quote was with me the night they came out to have a look! I especially love their online site and how easy it was to select which services we wanted. I called to follow up on our schedule date and the gentleman I spoke with was so kind. I was really pleased with the attention to detail.
I accepted the quote and paid before the service. I then noticed a $999 charge on my credit card. Lawn clean up service was not performed (or performed so poorly that nobody could tell). I called and was told that she would check with the crew and would call me back. I asked for before and after pictures. I never received a call back.
