Ms star is the absolute worst. She does not communicate what so ever. NEVER answers phone calls, texts, or emails. She’s very unprofessional and careless.
This place is a joke. They do not care I'm a single dad with sole custody of 3 daughters and I reach out because i have been on this waiting list for over 2 years as homeless with 3 kids, ask them what I'm supposed to do because after 2 years I'm still number 450 and the lady straight to my face told me I don't know what to tell u. This place is st8 up full of bs. I got my paperwork I emailed my sorry caseworker my stuff Dec. 17 . I never heard nothing back from her. I get a letter in the mail at the end of April saying I was denied cause I didn't submit my paperwork. I did the sorry caseworker never contacted me r notify me letting me know she couldn't read it. But claim she gave me 2 extension but I didn't know nothing about neither one of the extension nor that the information wasn't clear enough.
