The Augusta Housing Authority has gotten so much better. The staff seems to be better and they tend to be more informative on what needs to be done. Also, the facility is much cleaner than back in the days.
Ms star is the absolute worst. She does not communicate what so ever. NEVER answers phone calls, texts, or emails. She’s very unprofessional and careless.
This place is a joke. They do not care I'm a single dad with sole custody of 3 daughters and I reach out because i have been on this waiting list for over 2 years as homeless with 3 kids, ask them what I'm supposed to do because after 2 years I'm still number 450 and the lady straight to my face told me I don't know what to tell u. Umm isn't that your job to help people I'm sorry y'all need to fire everyone in this place and start over with some proper supervision and goals to actually help the people that truly need it.. th... read more
