My mom went in yesterday and saw doctor Amanda Mikolay with an infection on her foot after waiting an hour she came in poked it once or twice, measured it and sent her to get an x-ray? After she got the x-ray back she dismissed it because it wasn’t on her bone my mom has had MRSA before and is a type 1 diabetic. Husband went this morning to this primary care facility. Signed in and waited and waited. Other people signed in after hi and got taken ahead of him. He finally got up and asked why others are ahead of him. Reception asked if he signed in. He said yes. she typed something in computer and said ok. Again same thing. Terrible Primary Care Service – Look Elsewhere! I have been a patient at Augusta Health Primary Care in Waynesboro, VA since March 2024, and my experience has been consistently disappointing. Despite being sick multiple times in the past year, I have never been able to see a provider at the primary care office.
