I saw Christy Andrews in the Harrisonburg office, after having back surgery, the nerves in my legs didn’t recover. She scheduled me for injections to hopefully help that. She was nothing but very pleasant, kind, and very helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the surgery I had and what was needed to help my legs. I was uneasy at our first visit, because Mr. Hatcher was just rushing through explanations, without getting all the facts about husband's co-morbidities, which were relevant to his pain issue. He did refer my husband for an epidural, which was only helpful, but only lasted 3 days. He said he could give another type of injection, but if my husband decided to have surgery, it could delay surgery by 3 months. I have been very pleased so far with my care here under Justin Nolen PA. He is currently working with me on a difficult spine problem. He took the time to review my CT scan when other doctors apparently didn’t. He explains things well and gives you time to ask questions. I hope I can find a solution for this problem with his help.
If ONLY they would answer their phone. Stan Hatcher is great and so is Dr Greer,and the nurse Fran is great!!! Answer the phone!! Please
