Stanley Hatcher does not care about you. This man treated me as if I was medication seeking when I was begging for an MRI so we could see the damage to my spine. Refused to listen to my concerns. I did not even get an opportunity to be seen at this office. They told me I would have to attend and complete physical therapy before I could make an appointment with them. I asked the lady if this was their office policy or if it was pertaining to my insurance not covering the visit until I completed physical therapy. I had some shots done.. I had a couple of bulging discs and herniated disc in my back. I felt okay for a day or two. Then it got real bad. I called them. There must be a nurse there named Robin.. while explaining what I was going through and trying to understand what the hell was happening. She literally hung up on me. Wow! I just had my first appt here, and the PA was the worst. He talked down to me. Treated me like I'm stupid, and behaved like a snotty know-it-all. I'm crying in my car because I have nowhere else to go. What a terrible experience!
