Augusta Health Pain Management Department Receptionists evidently don't care about patients and a major issue I may have. I've been dealing with a severe TMJ issue for almost 2 weeks and she just blew me off. She said that she would send doc Greer a message just to see if he may be able to see me. she just couldn't take the 2 seconds to go ask if he could see me before I go and get my referral from the VA. These receptionists always seem so disgruntled and obviously do not care about customer service.
I've been going here for years and all of the staff are great and and you are given options for your treatment.
Stanley Hatcher does not care about you. This man treated me as if I was medication seeking when I was begging for an MRI so we could see the damage to my spine. Refused to listen to my concerns. I do not walk straight anymore. My feet drop. The weakness in my legs has worsened in the course of a few months and he did not care. He did not listen to me. I did not even get an opportunity to be seen at this office. They told me I would have to attend and complete physical therapy before I could make an appointment with them. I asked the lady if this was their office policy or if it was pertaining to my insurance not covering the visit until I completed physical therapy.
