Have been here previously and nurses are nice aswell as doctor. I did have an experience today that was very off putting. I came into the clinic expressing to the front desk lady that I was having a lot of trouble breathing and I get a very stern and dry response saying “clinic closed at 1” and just stared at me blankly no problem solving like offering me an appointment on another day or later today, but dismissed me as if it wasn’t her job to help and as if I hadn’t told her I’m an asthmatic and my lungs feel like their clo... read more
I recently had my first visit to Augusta Health Care in Crozet for medical treatment. The front office staff was very accommodating and assisted me in completing most of the necessary forms. I was seen by PA James Kinder within approximately 20 minutes, which highlights the efficiency of the office operations. The quality of care I received was exceptional. Based on this experience, I plan to return to this office for any future medical needs.

So thankful that this was available. I’ve been feeling awful all day today and mustered the energy to drive here for the first time. I got checked in very quickly, and my nurse today was so kind and reassuring. You never know what to expect visiting a new place, but my nurse and the nurse practitioner were fabulous. I got a quick diagnosis, meds to help with my symptoms, and left feeling better than when I came in. Thank you so much for your great care, it makes a difference.
