I recently had my first visit to Augusta Health Care in Crozet for medical treatment. The front office staff was very accommodating and assisted me in completing most of the necessary forms. I was seen by PA James Kinder within approximately 20 minutes, which highlights the efficiency of the office operations. The quality of care I received was exceptional. Based on this experience, I plan to return to this office for any future medical needs.

So thankful that this was available. I’ve been feeling awful all day today and mustered the energy to drive here for the first time. I got checked in very quickly, and my nurse today was so kind and reassuring. You never know what to expect visiting a new place, but my nurse and the nurse practitioner were fabulous. I got a quick diagnosis, meds to help with my symptoms, and left feeling better than when I came in. Thank you so much for your great care, it makes a difference.
I recently visited Augusta Health Convenient Care Clinic and had a disappointing experience. The doctor charged us $100 for a consultation, but unfortunately, didn't provide any meaningful care or treatment. Instead, we were advised to visit the hospital, which seemed like a clear case of being referred elsewhere without any real effort to help.
