They can’t keep track of anything l live out of town and have to travel to them and both times they turned around using every excuse in the book at me I would take your business elsewhere
Billing me for things they did not do. Don’t let this place take advantage of you either.
If you want a therapist to laugh in your face, you’ve come to the right place. If you want the staff to berate you for having to reschedule an appointment, again, you’ve come to the right place. Other than that, wouldn’t recommend.
They were polite when I was there the first time but they gave me medicine that had terrible side effects. I asked for my regular medicine they wouldn't give it to me. They said I had to keep on taking Latuda that was giving me jerking motions and bad side effects. When I called to make an appointment during covid I was unable to fill out the paper she asked because the link she sent was dead and then they told me I could never come back again.
