Folsom Lake Toyota refused take the money for the payoff / purchase unless I agreed to let them finance the payoff/ purchase. I suspect that is not legal because the lease agreement and state law says I have the right to purchase the vehicle. We will see what the California *** says. Horrible experience i brought my truck in again for something i have been complaining about for years and they have never found the issue and never diagnosed it. i brought it in multiple times under warranty and they didn't take me seriously. now that its out of warranty they finally diagnosed it and where able to find the ***** dollar problem. the torque converter went out and thats what was causing the issue i had been complaining since i'm not a mechanic and couldnt tell them what was wrong they just sent me away when it ... read more

Terrible service. We took my mothers car here for service in October. They had to order parts and we never heard back from anyone. I called the parts department and was told all the parts were in. I made another appointment for her. They could not find all of her parts. We made another appointment, and they advised she needed an additional part. That was on December 1. First time buying a Toyota and after this ********** will probably be my last. I spent $50, 000 on a vehicle from them and as soon as I drove off the lot I cannot even get a return phone call. This dealer marks up their cars by adding side moldings that cost $245 thru Toyota, but they charge $1500 and a car alarm. Check your options sheet before signing. On Thursday 10/20/22, It started great, I found a 2017 Ford Explorer XLT with approx. 97,000, sales price 19,964. I had $5000 to put down. We started the paperwork which I said, NO OPTIONS. I did agree to one option, which was the GAP for $995 but two additional options (KARR $995 & Service plan $3795) were put on the contract. I saw a used vehicle online and went to the dealership to take a look. It had not arrived and was informed I would be contacted once it arrived. DONT BUY A TOYOTA. This dealership made buying our new car a very bad experience for us. We knew this was not really the best time to buy a new car with the chip shortage and everything going on in the economy but when my wifes car pooped out, we had no choice. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
