I’m not understanding or believe how I’m being treated by Dr Browns Adm. Asst Mary. 3 months ago I was given an appt for Jan. 2025. I went to the appt on time, after sitting there for over 45 mins, the asst came to tell me they were closed for the day. She said they should have called me to reschedule, which they did not. I called today to reschedule, but Mary told me until I pay a past due bill, from 11 yrs ago, b4 Dr Brown, will see me. Which makes no sense to me, bc I’ve never been informed or knew about this bill.
