Got home after work and one of the cables came off of the pulley on the garage door. Ended up calling Augusta Garage Door Springs Service around 8:00 and asked if they could fix it that night. Tech was out in about 45 minutes, got it fixed without any trouble, and our door works fine! Didn’t need to leave it open all night. Friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommended.
Augusta called ahead and was timely. He patiently explained and demonstrated how to fix an issue. They asked for a reasonable price and it has not reoccurred since. Overall, I would return again if we had another garage door problem.
