I had an appointment with my regular PCP but when I arrived I was seen by a practitioner with whom I'm not familiar. This was a follow up visit for a very lengthy complex illness. I feel I should have been made aware of the change and given a reason why I wasn't seeing my regular PCP.
Dr. Brookes is the G.O.A.T. 🐐 she spent a whole hour with me. Going over my in-depth health assessment and plan. I will tell you i am very pleased. She took the time and effort to listen. Unlike some doctors who push you out the door!!
Worst medical experience of my life. I never go to the doctor and went due to extreme knee pain that was keeping me up all day and night only to be told over and over to use ibuprofin. I had to beg to get any real relief from a shot the second visit. Our system is broken.
