Do not see Sarah Havener if you value your health and well-being. I have since switched to an entirely different medical facility away from MaineGeneral Health. At Augusta Family Medicine, my serious medical concerns were repeatedly dismissed despite me bringing them up many times. First time here and everything was so well thought out.
Bad my husband call this morning for appointment will Dr Kelly the girl said well we can’t get u in n tell , oh wait can u come in at 2:40 today yup!!! we drive all the way down and they say oh no we don’t have u down! Not very happy with this! He is having a set of depression setting in and this is what we get, NOT HAPPY ALL!! Next time I will right down name of person talked with and time talked with them and will call to make sure that they really put us down!!! I cannot speak highly enough of everyone in this office. From the front desk staff to the nurses to the doctors, I have always been deeply impressed by their professionalism and kindness, every time I visit. They are prompt and there hasn’t been any waiting in my exam room between speaking to the nurse and then speaking to the doctor. I am given plenty of time to voice my concerns without feeling rushed. Very grateful to be taken care of by these fine people.
This place is terrible, not getting good healthcare. Some doctors do the bare minimum and you can tell they don’t care and just want to go on about their day. As someone who has been sick at 31 years old for 5 years from Lyme and autoimmune symptoms, just really bad care with both providers I’ve seen. Definitely don’t recommend paying for bad healthcare.
