Let me just say this the mobile home is well kept my kids love it we've been here 3 weeks our goal was to move our kids out the projects to a safe neighborhood we did that I have great rental history never have I ever been late on bills or cause any problems where I lived but one thing I'm most certain on is the property management kathy needs to work on her people skills and how she talk to me cause not everybody gone put up with that if some one is not disrespect you don't disrespect them period.
The complex floods out an they are doing nothing management add fees that don’t applies to the complex rules she holds money order so that she can file evictions an make u pay her back for filing the city needs help
