Disappointed is putting it mildly! My father was in the hospital over the holidays and he is an established patient of Dr Lane’s and was told by the hospitalist she would make her rounds to evaluate due to a procedure that would need to be preformed. She was a no show during his stay. Dr. Lane is very knowledgeable and personable; however, she has cancelled/rescheduled my mother's appointments multiple times over the last 18 months. My mother was supposed to see her doctor within two weeks of her ER visit. Dr. Lane has postponed two appointments this week. It is obvious she has too many patients. If she is having health issues, she needs to refer her patients to other doctors. I will not be returning her for my health care. Dr. Lane is very charming, IF you can see her. Both my parents have been patients of hers and just love (d) her. Unfortunately, appointments are frequently cancelled and the next available appointment is months away. Follow up is dismal. Messages are not returned and promised calls are not received. ☹️

She saved my sister's life. So when mine was in jeopardy, I thought, I'll go see her. I saw her once. Tried to call to schedule another visit. Today is April 6th. I was told, "Dr Lane doesn't have any availability until November 2022." What? You expect patients to wait 7 months for treatment for the organ that decides life or death? No, thanks. I'll start my search over again.
