Very bad customer service and rat infested.
I am writing this review after having rented a storage unit at Augusta Avenue Storage for the past three years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Helene, the manager, has truly created a welcoming and efficient environment that makes storing my belongings a breeze. In having a unit at this facility since 2015, I've had no negative issues to either complain or report.The service received by Ms. Helene has exceeded far above my expectations. She is a tremendous asset to this facility and I am a very satisfied customer.
The only spot in town that accepts packages Great location with ease in and out access Been there 5 yrs with no problems and great service
Do not waste your time with these people. Horrible and rude customer service.
