Lived here for 1 year. The original management was amazing but the new management is horrible. They don’t know what they’re doing and they all give different answers. Also, don’t expect to get your security deposit back, even if you leave the place spotless!! They charge a cleaning fee AND a painting fee when you move out. If I had chosen to pursue getting my full deposit back they would not have been able to prove that anything was worse than “normal wear and tear.” (We lived there sparingly and left the place with only a f... read more

I have to say that the experience here is pretty good. It is save enough, beautiful, and employees are friendly. But I think I should tell some not good enough part here. Some summer nights are super hot, especially inside of the building. Also I want to mention that I don't know the frequency you clean the inside of the building, but I didn't see any of them. Still better than other apartments :)
Since I moved in, everything has been incredible. Staff has always been friendly and willing to help with any issues, and my apartment was in a great condition when I moved in.
I really love this apartment. I am so blessed to find this apartment when I moved to Seattle this March. It is just 5-minute walk from UW campus and has lots of great brand new amenities. Staff members are professional and I have had nothing to complain until now.
