Extremely Disappointing Experience My experience with Augusta Anti Aging has been extremely frustrating, particularly with their accounting department, which has been unresponsive and unwilling to communicate or resolve billing concerns. I have been going here for years and I feel like I am treated just like a number. I had to pay $20 more because of their mistake. I would not recommend this place. It’s a shame you don’t care about your patients but just money!!!!!!

Dr. Tojino is the best! I have been seeing her for a few years now and she keeps my hormones balanced which keeps my husband and me happy. She really knows her stuff and always gives me her full attention. I am 75 and I am living my best life. She has a lot to do with that!

I am so very disappointed and disgusted. Dr Tojino was highly recommended by a dear friend, but I have left 3 messages since and no one answers the phone and I never received a call back. Dr Tojino might be an excellent doctor but clearly she has staffing issues.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this provider. I felt that the focus was often more on policies, rules, and business decisions than on individualized patient care. The frequent changes in policies and expectations made it difficult to feel confident and supported as a patient.
