From the moment I met Samantha Tojino, I felt heard. She was warm, compassionate, knowledgeable, and took the time to truly listen to my concerns. Rather than offering a quick fix, she explained that finding answers would be a process and made me feel confident that we would work through it together. Her passion for women’s health and menopause care is obvious. I left feeling hopeful for the first time in a very long time.
If I could provide -5 stars I would! For a health care provider to drop a client for asking to switch providers due to a personality conflict is absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT go to this practice! The owner (Samantha) is a control freak who doesn’t care about her clients! Heavens forbid a client asks to work with another provider at the office! AVOID this place. I wouldn’t even call it a practice because they only care about money! They DO NOT care about their patients success!
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this clinic and feel compelled to share for anyone considering care here. I’ve consistently felt like just a number rather than a patient. Communication has been poor across the board—providers have not followed up when expected, and concerns have not been acknowledged in a way that feels heard or validated. I’m so incredibly disappointed. Samantha was tremendously helpful my first few visits but the last 2 times I needed prescriptions refilled it was impossible to reach anyone. I went to the office multiple times, messages on the portal, left voice messages and no response. My husband even went to the office asking that they call a prescription in and nothing.
