My son has used them and needles to say he loves them their. As a mother i have know complains to report everyone their is amazing.may i add my son is autistic higher functioning but very quiet and has a hard time understanding things. He is 19 so the way way they work with him and explain things to him is amazing. I would recommend them to anybody who ask me do i know a good orthopedic office they have my vote over a millon times
Dr Franklin did my hip surgery and I recovered swiftly. Dr Franklin and his star are very friendly and the clinic is very clean. I recommend Dr Franklin highly!
The organization changed management. Horrible!!!! Do not go there!

Had an appt on busiest day of the week. Almost no parking places. Walked in to a room that was packed like I had never seen before on any other visits. I figured I would be there for awhile. My normal PA had an emergency so I already know they are short staffed. Do you know I was called right in, got what I needed, proceeded back through the waiting rm on my way out.....and very few ppl left waiting in waiting room. Can you say EFFICIENT?????
