Extremely disappointed. Went to get my hair done by the Hairstylist Arlene. I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted she confirmed and said she could do it . Two weeks later my hair is nothing like that picture. I messaged her and told her I was not happy with the results and she could not provide any solutions. After that, I asked if there was a way I can get a partial refund since my hair looked nothing like what she had said she could deliver and she proceeded to stop replying to my messages. Got my extensions installed by Arlene and walked out feeling beautiful! She has such a positive attitude and was honest about what would benefit me as a client. I really appreciated her honesty and professionalism. I’m so happy with my results!
I’ve been going to Noelle for years now and followed her to this salon recently. She is very sweet and excellent at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone looking for hair services whether it’s a haircut or changing your color. The salon itself is clean and very nice.
Today was my first time there, my stylist was Annette and she did an AMAZINGGGG job on my haircut! I left feeling beautiful & super soft hair! I definitely will be going to her again. She did a super relaxing hair wash & cut! She is great and I felt super comfortable with her!
Got my hair done by Arlene, and was super disappointed with the results. Both times I have gone to her i required a second session to fix any banding or yellow. First session she recommended a permanent dye to bump my base, which i expressed concerns over but she disagreed. Second appointment, the concerns i expressed were very valid as the permanent dye created a lot of banding and would not lift. Leaving me with uneven patches.
