I ordered knuckle spindle assembly Pat helped to find the right part with the lowest miles and even made sure it shipped out the same day! What a customer services! I ordered some front struts from Pat Kolenko from August Pohl Auto Parts and man was I so shocked! Finally a yard where the salesman actually cares about the person on the other of the phone. He gave me the OEM part number that I didn't even know they had photos of on their site and that made everything so much easier. Fair prices on used parts
I never thought that I would write a review of a used auto parts store . We contacted Pat about a part I needed . What a good experience . The part was waiting , the staff was friendly , and offered to put the part in the truck . The place was clean and from the little we could see , it was organized . The part was in perfect condition and worked great . Pat was as nice as can be . Good emplyees like him are hard to find . Thank you for taking care of us . Dan & Deb
